As a Business Development Director - Parts Repair Services you will be responsible for the relationship and business development activities for third-party Engine Parts Repairs and leads the sales activities across the SR Technics Repair network, including Zurich and Cork. You will report to Head of Parts Repair Services.
Your tasks ##
• Lead sales and business development activities for Zurich and Cork (SRTAS) Engine Parts Repairs, driving growth, maintaining existing business, and securing new opportunities
• Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and a deep understanding of customer objectives to create winning business strategies
• Monitor repair market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing regular market insights and maintaining a comprehensive competitive landscape to support product innovation and market attractiveness
• Plan, implement, and lead marketing, advertising, communication, and business development campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Communications, ensuring alignment with SR Technics- brand strategy and image
• Represent SR Technics at industry and aviation events, promoting brand awareness, strengthening customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities
• Ensure accurate and complete maintenance of customer, project, and reporting data within CRM systems (Salesforce) to support effective sales management and decision-making
Your Profile ##
• Business Development / Sales experience with Engine Parts Repair Services with deep customer knowledge and experience of products (5+ years)
• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must demonstrate relevant regional & international contacts within the aviation industry
• Ability to execute multiple tasks independently, flexibly, and rapidly
• Outstanding presentation, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think with innovation and drive creative thinking into the business development arena and improve results year over year
• Fluent in English
