Caretaker

The bahoge (founded 1948) is a non-profit housing cooperative with residential developments in the city and agglomeration of Zürich. It offers attractive living space in over 1000 apartments for more than 3000 people and lives the cooperative idea with people from all social classes.

As an addition to our maintenance team, we are looking for the Zürich area as of 1. December 2026 or by arrangement for a

Caretaker EFZ (100%)

Your tasks

• Carrying out minor repairs as well as recurring maintenance and servicing work
• Care of outdoor areas (incl. winter service) according to ecological and sustainable principles, in cooperation with our gardeners
• Organizing and monitoring repair work by specialist companies
• Coordinating, performing and documenting apartment inspections and handovers, in cooperation with property management

Your profile

• Manual vocational training and ideally completed further training as a caretaker with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of practical professional experience
• Social competence and identification with the values of a housing cooperative
• Service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Independent and responsible working style
• Good oral and written communication skills in German
• Good IT user skills (MS-Office)
• Driver's license Cat. B (car)
