Tasks ## • You perform the planned nursing and care tasks independently and safely and assist in the care of residents in crisis situations. • You report observations, report objectively, and document completely and understandably. • You assist with activating, reactivating, and maintaining therapeutic nursing and care tasks and know the nursing and care-relevant needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives. • You supervise our apprentices throughout the entire apprenticeship period together with the primary vocational trainers as well as the vocational training managers.
