Cost Planner (m/f/d)

What awaits you As a Cost Planner, you advise and support the client from strategic planning to project completion. Your main tasks include the preparation of cost, economic, and decision-making bases, including risk analyses. You are responsible for cost planning and control across all project phases. You manage and coordinate our projects in line with cross-project objectives. You confidently represent client interests towards planners, authorities, and companies. You help shape and further develop internal processes and methods. What you bring You have training as a structural draughtsman with further training or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction economics, construction management, or a comparable qualification. Your career shows several years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry, ideally in cost planning. You have very good knowledge of Swiss construction standards, planning, and execution processes. You have analytical, economic thinking and enjoy responsibility. You have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as confident use of MS Office and digital tools. You inspire through your curiosity regarding topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability. A structured, solution-oriented personality with a confident appearance rounds off your profile.
