In this role, you will take on the following area of responsibility: Supervision and handling of construction projects from planning to completion Supervision of all work on-site to monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations Responsible for project management for the temporal planning of results and cost estimation Compliance with contractual performance conditions Preparation of internal and external reports on the status of the work Negotiating contract conditions, preparing contracts, and obtaining permits and licenses Ensuring the lived, high-quality working standards throughout the entire process General correspondence and close cooperation with the team You can demonstrate the following qualifications: Completed further training as a Construction Manager At least three years of professional experience as a Construction Manager Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and action Very good German and English skills Driver's license Cat.
