Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII exclusively in the late and night shift 60-100% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process in the late shift and the night shift • Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the nursing needs assessment RAI • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Taking over responsibility for the late or night shift • Taking over tasks as a theme bearer in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
