Finance and Accounting Specialist 60 - 100%

by agreement at the Zurich location

Your tasks

• Responsibility for accounts receivable accounting
• Collaboration in accounts receivable management and dunning
• Creation, control and processing of invoices
• Maintenance of financial and master data
• Administrative coordination and support of our project managers
• Collaboration on commercial and administrative tasks in the finance and project areas
• Support of our project managers in the quoting process

Your profile

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable qualification
• Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
• 2–5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a project-oriented environment
• Good knowledge of accounts receivable accounting and experience with accounting or ERP systems; Project Account is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Proficient German language skills in spoken and written form
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Teamwork skills, flexibility and high service orientation
