Cook: Chef Fondue Chalet on an hourly basis 10%-100%

Since 2023, Europaallee is being transformed into a festive Christmas market with culinary delights, handcrafted design products, and changing exhibitors. The Fondue-Chalet with 200 seats serves various cheese classics, accompanied by exquisite white wines. In the Glüehwii-Kuppel-Bar, guests enjoy warming mulled wine in an atmospheric setting. A varied entertainment program with music and workshops makes the Weihnachtsallee a special meeting point during the Advent season.

Your tasks

• Passionately cook dishes according to our recipes and high quality standards
• Contribute to quality assurance and carefully check the delivered food
• Always conscientiously adhere to statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Help ensure cleanliness and order in all storages and in the kitchen
• Ensure a smooth production process in cooperation with the kitchen brigade

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Koch:Köchin EFZ or several years of professional experience
• Motivated, resilient and reliable
• Good German or English skills
• Resource-efficient handling of food (cost awareness)
• Team player with an independent and structured way of working
• Flexible for shifts in the evenings and on weekends
