Fachperson Betreuung / Sozialpädagog*in / Kindheitspädagog*in ## in the Springer*innen-Pool Kinderhaus / Tagesstruktur Plus(m/w/d) As of 1. September 2026 or by agreement The Inselhof is a competence center for children, mothers and stressed families with complementary (partially) stationary and outpatient services for different needs. The Kinderhaus comprises four living groups for eight children each from 0-9 years, who were placed due to a measure by the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB). In the part-time offer "Tagesstruktur Plus", children from 0-9 years from stressed families are cared for daily from Monday to Friday with the possibility of 1-2 overnight stays per week. The internal playgroup, the pre-kindergarten, psychotherapy and the painting studio complete the offer. Our Springer*innen-Pool consists of competent and flexible specialists who are consulted for both foreseeable and unforeseeable bottlenecks and are deployed. The employment is based on an hourly wage, with a workload of 10-20% guaranteed in the first months for induction and getting to know the operation.
