They wish for someone who enjoys working in a 50-100% workload and is looking for an experienced and independent Real Estate Property Manager ### ####  Tasks & Challenges • Independent real estate management of rental properties • Coordination with tenants, craftsmen and other stakeholders • Preparation of contracts and processing of correspondence • Telephone customer contact • Apartment inspections and handovers • Preparation of heating and service charge statements • Mutual support and substitution within the team Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training or similar • Several years of professional experience in real estate management • Further training as a specialist with a federal diploma in real estate management is a great advantage • Very independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working • Very good language skills in German, English is an advantage • Proficient IT skills, experience in ImmoTop Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a professional and familiar environment with a high quality standard.
