As a social content consultant, you play a central role in supporting our clients and actively contribute to the development of our social services. You act as an important link and significantly advance the field of Organic Social.

Your tasks are -

• the strategic and operational management of our client projects with a clear focus on organic social media management. You assume responsibility for direct contact with clients and ensure that concepts are not only well-designed but also successfully implemented on the platforms.

You work in close internal collaboration with our Paid Social and Creative teams as well as with external partners if necessary.

In collaboration with the Head of SEO & UX, you take responsibility for the market-adapted development of our Social Content service and ensure that our products meet the high quality requirements of our clientele. You leverage your expertise in existing and new client projects and support our unit management as well as our consultants as a reference person in your field.

You -

• have at least 1 year of solid professional experience in social media management, ideally with a clear focus on organic growth
• are competent in the use and management of common social platforms, notably Instagram, Meta and LinkedIn
• have a strong understanding of the design and implementation of social media strategies as well as experience in production coordination
• are accustomed to creating and interpreting reports to analyze social media performance
• are very communicative, open and enjoy direct contact with clients
• speak German at C2 level and have excellent English skills (B2/C1)
