To strengthen our vocational trainer teams, we are looking for a personality as a Vocational Trainer for Nursing Students HF/FH 80-100% (a) immediately or by arrangement YOUR TASKS You accompany, promote, and empower students in their practical and theoretical training and thus ensure high-quality training of nursing students HF/FH. If necessary, you also participate in the training of FaGe apprentices. During practical learning days, we work according to the concept of the learning and working community and promote an engaged and practice-oriented training in which you can actively contribute to the further development of the trainees. You work across locations and closely with other vocational trainer teams, the training and education managers, the coach trio, and the nursing teams. You conduct regular training and qualification discussions with your trainees. You actively participate in the public relations work (neighborhood events, events at higher vocational schools or universities of applied sciences) of Spitex Zürich. You teach students on learning area Training Transfer days and use your methodological-didactic skills in a goal-oriented manner. To ensure you remain professionally at the pulse of practice, you supplement your activity with individual nursing assignments.
