Your working environment For our finance team in Zürich, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will take over the financial accounting of a versatile real estate portfolio with passion and precision - with a focus on listed companies, but also with occasional responsibility for unlisted properties. You bring sound experience in financial accounting and ideally know the regulatory requirements of the stock exchange. You feel comfortable in the tension between regulatory excellence, business responsibility, and cross-functional collaboration - and appreciate the dynamics that a mixed real estate portfolio brings. What you move • Independent management of the financial accounting for listed real estate companies as well as occasional collaboration in the accounting of unlisted properties • Processing of payment transactions as well as consolidation of the separately managed property accounts • Collaboration in the preparation and publication of quarterly and annual financial statements according to the regulations of the stock exchange supervisor, the Swiss Code of Obligations, as well as IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER • Support in the further development of financial processes and the internal control system • Coordination of interfaces to external administrations and internal specialist departments (e.g., Transactions, Construction, Property Management) • Support with tax issues as well as with regulatory requirements (Compliance) • Preparation of reporting for investors, analysts, and supervisory authorities • Participation in internal and external audits • Liquidity planning and cash flow management (incl. financing) • Support of internal projects, e.g., in the area of digitalization or process automation • Answering ad-hoc inquiries from management or authorities - primarily in connection with listed investments What you bring with you • Completed commercial basic training with further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or comparable qualification • At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a financial accountant, ideally in the environment of listed real estate portfolios • Sound knowledge of accounting according to IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER as well as experience with the specific regulatory requirements of listed companies • Familiarity with financial accounting software as well as ideally experience with systems such as GARAIO/REM, Mammut, or SAP FI/CO • Ability to implement complex regulatory requirements in a structured and timely manner • Excellent communication skills in German • High level of initiative, careful and structured way of working, as well as analytical thinking skills With us, you are in the right place • You will become part of a team of ambitious entrepreneurs • Our culture is goal-oriented and high-performance - with people at the center • With us, you have real perspectives - professionally as well as in terms of career • Our workplace is modern and centrally located in Zürich • Flat hierarchies ensure short decision-making paths and direct exchange
