Your tasks • You ensure modern and patient-oriented catering according to the Cook & Chill process. • You prepare individually prescribed diets and patient preference meals. • You ensure cooperation with nutritional counseling and nursing care. • You work with the menu selection system Sanalogic. • You support the employees in the other kitchen areas including the milk kitchen. • Ordering goods, implementation of the hygiene concept, and documentation of proofs are also part of your tasks. Your profile • Additional training as a Dietary Cook EFZ is mandatory • Ideally several years of professional experience as a Dietary Cook in a comparable operation • Good PC skills • Proactive, independent personality with high hygiene and quality awareness Your salary ## At a 100% workload, your gross salary is expected to be between 70'000 and 87'000 Franken per year. The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
