What you move * Acquisition of exhibitors for the topics to be covered according to the briefing by the Sales Department Manager * Achievement of sales targets for exhibitor stand space and additional services * Co-responsible for the planning and execution of the Main Event (compliance with exhibitor concepts, exhibitor support, exhibitor helpdesk, staging, decoration & furnishing, as well as other tasks according to production planning) * Co-responsible for the planning and execution of side events throughout the year * Scheduling of meetings, briefings, and debriefings (internal as well as external) What you bring * Education: Completed basic or further education * Specialization: in the commercial field, or in a comparable function * Professional experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the area of Sales, Backoffice, or in a comparable administrative function * Organizationally strong, networked-thinking, and dynamic personality * Independent, forward-looking, and exact way of working * Sales skills and strong communicative abilities * Creative and solution-oriented mindset * Proficient user knowledge of the common MS-Office suite * German (C1) * English (B1) What we offer you * Mobility: With the unique annual leisure bonus of a total of max.
