For the surgical private ward (21 beds) at the Triemli location, we are looking for a competent personality as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for the planning and implementation of care based on the nursing process as well as guidelines and instructions.
• You undertake the patient-centered documentation of the work and nursing process and the correct recording of services.
• You contribute actively to constructive interdisciplinary cooperation and work with a high level of service quality.
• You participate in the improvement of nursing quality and development.
• You are co-responsible for the supervision of trainees and the induction of new employees.

Profile ##

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH
• Professional experience on a surgical ward in a Swiss acute care hospital is an advantage
• Independent and responsible way of working as well as a strong sense of quality and service
• Cross-departmental understanding and economic thinking and acting
• Enjoyment of working in a complex and demanding specialist field
