Our HR department at Flughafen Zürich is the contact point for internal and external contacts. It is responsible for the support of the 350 employees in Switzerland from entry to exit. Furthermore, it supports the operations management in all personnel-related matters.

• Representation of the Human Resources Manager during their absence
• Independent recruiting of specialists and managers for all our units at the locations Zürich Flughafen and Zürich Hauptbahnhof
• Contact person for all employees as well as managers for any personnel concerns
• Ensuring efficient and legally compliant HR administration from A-Z
• Absence management, processing of sickness and accident reports
• Advice and support for managers in personnel and leadership tasks
• Conducting interviews according to process specifications and lived practice
• Co-designing personnel development
• Coordination of all personnel-related tasks in cooperation with the external payroll accounting
• Coordination as well as optimization of HR instruments and processes
• Close cooperation with the relevant interfaces
• Various administrative and coordinative tasks in the responsible area

What you should bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience in a similar function, advantageously in the gastronomy industry
• Sound HR training
• High degree of self-management
• Joy in diverse tasks
• Flexible organizational talent with high performance and customer orientation
• Joy in dealing with people from different cultures
• Winning appearance, empathy, communication strength and assertiveness
• German as a native language and very good English skills, other languages an advantage
