Sales Support / Broker Support

Our mandate managers are responsible for the advice, support, and expansion of private clients as well as small to medium-sized corporate clients. In performing your tasks, you meet high standards regarding service quality, professional competence, and customer orientation. In your daily work with customers, the mandate managers are actively supported by motivated sales supporters. As an important addition to your area of responsibility, you support and assist our agency brokers in the large corporate business.

Requirements for this position are a completed insurance apprenticeship or an equivalent education with at least three years of insurance experience. You enjoy working in a team, you are communicative, and you feel in your element when supporting and advising customers. You have a quick grasp of matters, you are committed to your goals, you enjoy taking on responsibility, and you feel comfortable in a performance-oriented environment.
