You take responsibility for customer concerns and accompany them from the initial inquiry to the successful solution or coordinated handover to the responsible specialist departments. You independently process inquiries from insured persons, employers, brokers, and internal stakeholders and ensure understandable, service-oriented communication. You contribute ideas for the optimization of our services and processes and actively participate in the construction and further development of our customer service.
