In this key role, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of an experienced engineering team and be responsible for demanding construction projects throughout their entire life cycle. As part of a Switzerland-wide construction project management team with around 100 specialists from architecture, engineering, and an established Project Office, you will lead a versatile and demanding project spectrum. This includes modern office working environments, infrastructure projects, life cycle renovations, as well as sustainable projects within the framework of Net Zero and complex construction programs. Together with your team, you will ensure the achievement of goals regarding quality, costs, and deadlines. At the same time, you will actively develop construction project management, maintain close customer relationships, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable success of the division.
