Nursing Service Manager - Spitex 80-100% #

Your tasks ##

• You play a decisive role in ensuring that our customers enjoy holistic, first-class, and individual primary care at home
• You manage and coordinate the entire nursing area, ensure the quality of care, and optimize workflows
• You lead the nursing team, promote employees, and plan training and further education
• You participate proactively in building an interdisciplinary network with local hospitals, general practitioners, social services, etc. and represent Senevita Casa externally
• You are responsible for fulfilling the requirements for nursing towards the cantonal authorities.
• You are jointly responsible and participate in the success of achieving qualitative and economic goals

What you bring with you ##

• You have a recognized degree as a nursing professional HF/FH (in the case of a foreign degree with SRK recognition).
• You bring leadership experience at the team leader level or a recognized further education at team leader level (at least 25 course days or 15 ECTS).
• You can demonstrate at least two years of professional experience in comprehensive care.
• You have sound knowledge in the billing of nursing services according to KVG/OKP; Spitex experience is an advantage.
• You are a committed and responsible leadership personality and convince with organizational talent as well as an independent, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.
• You have very good oral and written German skills and communicate professionally, appreciative, and empathically.
• With your open and positive manner, you promote team spirit and contribute to an appreciative corporate culture.
