The Fachstelle Gemeinnütziges Wohnen is the competence center for non-profit housing construction in the city of Zürich. We are looking for reinforcement immediately or by agreement. Tasks ## • You are responsible for the independent management of rent inquiries and appeals according to the rent regulation and create decrees, statements and legal documents. • You lead legislative projects and work on projects for the further development of bases in the area of housing promotion. • You advise on tenancy law issues (OR and cost rent), in particular you support the team in the transfer of OR rent to cost rent as well as in initial rent setting or rent adjustments. • You examine and develop applications as well as legal statements for the Finanzdepartement, the Stadt- and Gemeinderat. • You support the implementation and controls of housing promotion law including statutory examinations, participation management and various control processes.
