Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to commit yourself to our nursing team for the nursing residential groups starting from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement? Tasks ## • You are responsible for the training processes of apprentices and students from recruitment to the completion of vocational training in close cooperation with the vocational trainers in the residential groups. • You help to continuously monitor and further develop the quality of vocational training. • You conduct internal training for interns, apprentices, and students and participate in public relations work. • You actively support the continuous review of the quality of vocational education and work on the further development of company training plans and concepts. • Together with nursing managers, vocational trainers, and existing staff, you participate in ensuring learning-promoting training structures in the departments and residential areas and coach the vocational trainers in their area. Profile ## • Several years of experience in vocational training as well as in the development and implementation of training strategies • Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with several years of professional experience and SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad • Vocational pedagogical training such as the Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a vocational trainer (eidg.
