• 18 June 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Bändliweg 20, 8048 Zürich • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch What you do here exactly: • Holistic consulting in the area of private loans - accompanying customers throughout the entire consulting process and using both digital and classic channels • Analysis and decision-making competence - examining loan applications in a professional manner, assessing creditworthiness and developing tailored financing solutions, based on internal guidelines • Active sales & cross-selling, identifying customer needs and proactively selling complementary insurance products • Developing and maintaining customer relationships - accompanying our customers throughout the entire customer journey: from acquisition to portfolio management to long-term retention • Shaping instead of just executing - working closely with internal departments and actively contributing to the further development of our consulting and sales processes So it's good with us: • Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification, supplemented by in-depth experience in consulting or sales • Several years of experience in customer service or sales environment, as well as the pronounced ability to advise customers professionally and build trust • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, combined with a high level of quality awareness, reliability and professional appearance • Digital affinity and secure handling of modern tools, systems and platforms • German or Italian at native language level, as well as solid knowledge of the other language; additional languages are an advantage.
