YOUR MISSION ###

• You advise our customers personally and professionally on pension, retirement, savings, and family protection - always with an open ear for individual needs
• With targeted cross-selling and sound specialist knowledge, you strengthen customer loyalty and get appropriate solutions to the point
• You acquire new customers through your own initiative, recommendations, and your active network - in doing so, you also represent our company at trade fairs, lectures, and sales campaigns
• Together with colleagues in the sales network, you develop strategies for market development and utilize synergies
• You conduct advisory discussions personally - with empathy, tact, and a clear view of the needs of your interlocutors
• You handle administrative follow-up work such as CRM maintenance, offers, and appointment management efficiently and precisely

Your Competencies ####

• You have excellent German language skills in speaking and writing - good French skills are a plus
• Sound knowledge in the areas of pension, savings, and life insurance as well as the Swiss pension market distinguish you
• With your communication and negotiation skills, you build sustainable customer relationships
• Customer orientation, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking are among your strengths
• You work precisely, responsibly, and bring experience in dealing with CRM and digital acquisition tools
• Knowledge of tax issues related to pensions as well as the ability to analyze financial situations round you out

Your Education ####

• You have completed basic vocational training
• A certificate as «Versicherungsvermittler/-in VBV» is mandatory
• An IAF diploma or an equivalent qualification is an advantage
