You work in a team as the head of the construction site and are the reference on site. You understand and manage the construction processes, deadlines and costs of new buildings and renovations, including in residential, restoration and hospital construction. Ideally, you already have experience on the construction site as well as in administrative processing (tendering, cost estimation and construction accounting).
