For the consistent expansion of the Swiss market, the further development of the portfolio and the next growth step, we are looking for an entrepreneurially strong personality at the Zurich location as MANAGING DIRECTOR # your TASKS In this key role, you take on total responsibility for the Swiss national company including all legal obligations. You lead and develop the local team, orchestrate cooperation with the matrix functions and specifically expand the market presence in Switzerland. As an entrepreneurial leader, you position the organization with existing and new customers, win demanding transformation mandates and accompany decision-makers at C-level through complex change processes. You combine market understanding, technological possibilities and AI competence into convincing solutions in the financial services environment. Prospectively, you expand the business to other industries, scale the team and make the brand visible, relevant and successful in Switzerland. your PROFILE You have a completed degree at Master's level or a university of applied sciences degree in business, banking, business informatics or a comparable field. Crucial are a convincing track record in consulting, sound experience in the banking and/or insurance environment as well as a resilient network in the Swiss financial services market. You recognize potentials around AI, digitalization and business transformation early on and translate them into relevant topics, viable concepts and winnable mandates. You interact at eye level with decision-makers, gain trust, inspire customers and enable stakeholders to successfully implement innovative products, services and processes. At the same time, you bring the leadership strength to build, challenge and promote a local unit as well as to effectively integrate the resources and expertise of the parent company.
