As a senior software engineer, you are a central element of the LGT GenAI team in Zurich. In collaboration with specialized departments and engineering partners, you develop production-ready applications and implement innovative AI-based solutions. In this role, you are responsible for the design, development, and operation of scalable software solutions across the entire technology stack - from backend to frontend. You bring deep engineering expertise as well as a strong understanding of architecture, security, and maintainability. You work with modern web applications, APIs, enterprise integrations, and Kubernetes-based infrastructures, ensuring that innovative use cases can be operated reliably in production environments. You also evaluate how AI services can pertinently enrich our products and engineering processes. Extensive experience in model development is not required; what matters is a solid understanding of fundamental AI concepts as well as a keen interest in the responsible use of managed AI services and APIs in a regulated environment. As a team member, you actively contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards, work closely with your colleagues, and help strengthen engineering skills within LGT.
