In our team, which is responsible for the management of residential estates and individual residential properties in the city districts 1, 7 & 8, we are looking for the skilled support of a real estate manager. Tasks ## • Recording and processing of tenant concerns • Obtaining quotes and organizing order processing including order and invoice processing using SAP • Administration in the cancellation and (re-)rental process including data maintenance in the SAP system • Independent rental of parking spaces, hobby rooms and storage rooms • Preparation of heating and operating cost statements as well as collection tasks Profile ## • Completed commercial training with further training as a real estate manager • Professional experience in the real estate industry • High customer and service orientation • Contact-friendly, high social competence and communication skills • Independent way of working and good comprehension • Skilled handling of MS Office programs and advantageous with the SAP system We offer ## a diverse and collegial work environment in a growing organization.
