You transform every visit into a unique experience - from the first interaction to advice in the fitting rooms, through assistance at the checkout and on the sales floor. Your goal: excellent service in all circumstances and an inspiring shopping experience. In addition, you take care of processing deliveries, restocking merchandise, and the attractive presentation of our latest collections. With your open-mindedness and enthusiasm, you create an environment that brings our brand to life. You accompany our customers with sincere commitment and proactive service - with your team, you create moments that matter. Experience in customer service and knowledge of our products and their features is an advantage, but not mandatory. Qualifications • Customer orientation: You enjoy contact with people and are committed to offering excellent service. • Adaptability & flexibility: You react quickly and effectively to changing priorities and customer wishes. • Action orientation: You act proactively, take initiative, and perform tasks with quality. • Communication skills: You show a genuine interest in people, communicate clearly, and listen actively to understand perspectives and needs. • Willingness to learn: You are open to feedback and always seek development opportunities. • Passion for the brand: You are passionate about our brand and our collection and share this enthusiasm with customers. • Schedule flexibility: You are ready to work at different times, including evenings and weekends. • Good knowledge of German Desirable, but not mandatory • Knowledge in store management and customer service through previous experience in retail Additional information This is a part-time permanent position with a contract of 24 hours per week.
