Do you love technology and service? Then you will actively help shape the shopping experience in our store, advise customers on smartphones, tariffs and accessories, and work together with the team to contribute to satisfied customers.

Store Jumper Agent (m/w/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Competent advice to customers on smartphones, tariffs and accessories
• Reliable and solution-oriented processing of service and repair inquiries
• Ensuring a positive and individual shopping experience
• Organization and coordination of processes in the store, including inventory management, inventories and administrative tasks

Your Profile ###

• Completed training in retail or comparable experience, ideally in the field of telecommunications or multimedia
• Passion for technology and modern communication solutions
• Friendly, customer-oriented appearance and enjoyment of sales
• Reliable, committed and team-oriented
• Very good German skills; knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage
• Deployment at various locations with approx. 50 % willingness to travel between Zürich and Aargau
