Client Advisor (80-100%) What awaits you Telephone-based sales: You engage at the first customer contact, advise customers until a successful closing, take responsibility, and act in an achievement-oriented manner to create a clear and professional customer experience. (No cold calling). Structure & Quality: Thanks to well-thought-out processes, you focus on the essentials - the closing. First-hand market knowledge: You learn how to reduce complexity and guide customers competently through the financial jungle. Support & Coaching: We support you step by step in building your sales excellence. Top Location: Modern office in the middle of Zürich (Stauffacherstrasse). What you bring with you Grit & Perseverance – You stick with it until you have found the best solution for the customer. Professionalism & Clarity – You can communicate complex topics in an understandable way. Completed initial vocational training (all directions welcome). German and a second language, Italian or Turkish, mandatory; any further language is a plus. Enjoyment of talking on the phone and winning people over.
