HR Specialist (w/m/d) in healthcare 80-100%, Ref. 7215S Area of responsibility In this responsible and versatile position, you bear the HR responsibility for the institution. In doing so, you will undertake the following tasks: You handle the entire recruitment process and hiring process – from the job advertisement to the preparation of the contract, from employee entry to exit. You are the central contact point for all employees regarding questions related to the HR area. From personnel law topics to insurance technical details, you provide expert information. You also participate supportively in employee appraisals. The payroll process is handled by you from A-Z. Timely and exact working is a matter of course for you. Wage-relevant data is always kept up to date by you. Your expertise is also required for project work. You participate in HR-specific as well as digitalization projects and thereby create real added value. Your strengths and experience In addition to sound professional experience as an HR specialist, you bring relevant expertise regarding payroll accounting. You are characterized by the following: Several years of professional experience in human resources including payroll accounting (advantageous in healthcare) Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidg.
