We are looking for our client, a real estate company in Limmattal, immediately or by arrangement, in an 80-100% workload, a reliable and committed Senior Real Estate Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Management of an interesting commercial portfolio • Contact person for tenants, owners and tradespeople • Management of the property, including much time on-site at the real estate • Budgeting and investment planning for rental income, maintenance and renovation • Control of rent and heating service charge statements • Support in collection and reminders Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training or similar • Completion as Eidg. dipl.
