Caretaker We are a facility management company from the city of Zürich, active since 1991, and we look after various properties in the canton of Zürich as well as adjacent Aargau. To complement our facility management team, we are looking for a motivated specialist in facility management / caretaker per sofort or by arrangement. Your tasks: Cleaning and maintenance of residential and commercial properties Care / monitoring of technical systems Minor repair work What we expect: Specialist in facility management, manual/craft training or already experience as a caretaker Good German language skills in speaking and writing Good manners, reliability Driving license Cat.
