The Hauseigentümerverband Zürich is a medium-sized company existing since 1886, based in the city of Zürich. Around 90 employees are engaged daily in providing a comprehensive range of services in the areas of real estate management, sales, valuation, construction management and legal advice.

We are looking for an engaged and responsible personality by agreement as

Head of Construction Management (m/f) 100%

You are responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the department

Your area of responsibility includes in particular the following activities

• Development, coordination and monitoring of renovation and refurbishment projects
• Creation of condition analyses, property analyses, feasibility studies, building applications in accordance with legal requirements, execution planning, -supervision, cost controlling and invoicing
• Acquisition
• Telephone and on-site construction consultations
• Speaker at specialist seminars of the Hauseigentümerverband Zürich
• You represent the Hauseigentümerverband Zürich in corresponding committees

Your profile

• You have a degree in architecture (FH) with corresponding further training in the field of construction management or construction management
• You have several years of professional experience as a construction manager or project manager
• High resilience, service orientation, negotiation skills
• Leadership experience
• Methodological and social competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking
