Schule Buchwiesen is looking for reinforcement as of 19 October 2026 (after the autumn holidays)!

Tasks ##

Key details about the position:

• Support for one child with special needs (cognitive impairments) who is being educated integratively within the class group
• Workload: 8 weekly lessons, approx. 29%
• Timetable: Mandatory 4 weekly lessons on Friday morning and, depending on availability, the other 4 weekly lessons are possible on Monday, Tuesday or Friday afternoon

Profile ##

• a teaching diploma for the primary level recognized in Switzerland
• a diploma in Special Needs Education (Schulische Heilpädagogik) or completing this soon
• ideally have experience with children with intellectual disabilities
• enjoy working in an integrated setting together with the class teacher and colleagues from the pedagogical team
• enjoy teaching students from a wide variety of cultures. Classroom management comes easily to you
• enjoy working with other teachers as well as specialists
• are a positive, team-oriented, and resilient support teacher with high social competence
