Justizvollzug und Wiedereingliederung (JuWe) Zürich is an office of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zürich and employs around 1-400 people from diverse professions. JuWe is primarily responsible for the execution of court judgments and the conduct of pretrial detention. For the employees of the office, the prevention of recidivism and the successful social reintegration of convicted persons is of particular importance.

Der Psychiatrisch-Psychologische Dienst (PPD) is one of the eight main departments of JuWe. As one of the largest institutions for forensic psychotherapy and psychiatry in Switzerland, it specializes in the recidivism-preventative treatment of violent and sexual offenders in custody and in freedom. The range of treatment extends from court-ordered measures to basic psychiatric care therapies.

The Neuropsychology specialist service is currently being established and is developing into a central specialist department for neuropsychological issues within the PPD.

• Independent planning, implementation, and documentation of test-diagnostic assessments for forensic clients in adolescence and adulthood
• Preparation of neuropsychological reports
• Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions and close cooperation, especially with colleagues working in psychotherapy and psychiatry
• Participation in the further development of concepts, processes, and professional standards
• If interested, taking on professional and personnel leadership tasks

This is you ###

• You have a university degree in psychology as well as a federally recognized or recognized as equivalent postgraduate title in neuropsychology or the specialist title Fachpsychologin/Fachpsychologe für Neuropsychologie FSP
• You bring several years of practical experience in neuropsychological diagnostics and are familiar with the independent planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of neuropsychological assessments as well as the preparation of corresponding reports
• Experience in the diagnostics of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) is an advantage. Experience with neurofeedback is also welcome
• You work carefully and precisely and possess a high quality in written reporting
• You are interested in neuropsychological issues in a forensic context and enjoy working interdisciplinary
• You want to take on responsibility and help shape the neuropsychology specialist service that is currently being established
