Building Technician

Your main tasks:

• Independent execution of preventive maintenance on all building technical systems in the electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary areas, including complete technical documentation
• Regular control rounds, inspections and measurements with subsequent reporting
• Analysis and rectification of faults as well as execution of repair work
• Coordination, support and monitoring of external service providers and partner companies
• Processing of technical service tickets in the corresponding system
• Taking over standby services to ensure ongoing operations

Your profile:

• Completed technical training as an electrician EFZ or electrical installer EFZ
• Several years of experience in technical building management with a focus on electrical engineering
• Existing NIV15 permit or willingness and qualification to acquire it
• Secure handling of MS Office and openness to working with various internal tools
• Very good German language skills in word and writing, English language skills an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation, independent and precise way of working
• Impeccable reputation (current extract from criminal and debt enforcement register)
