• You advise our customers with your open-minded, competent, and charming manner and ensure that they feel welcome and well cared for.
• As a Schlossberg brand ambassador, you offer our customers a sustainably inspiring customer experience.
• Thanks to your charisma and your passion for our products, you contribute decisively to the company's success.
• You design the visual merchandising at the POS, which inspires our customers to purchase our exclusive products.

THIS IS WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU ##

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail and have several years of experience in high-end specialty retail, preferably in home textiles.
• You possess sales talent with a pronounced customer- and service-oriented manner as well as a passion for high-quality products.
• You possess flexibility regarding working hours and maintain an overview even in hectic moments.
• You possess excellent communication skills and command the German and English languages very well; other national languages and/or Russian are an advantage.
