Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! Together with the municipal tax offices, the cantonal tax office collects taxes for the Confederation, the Canton, and the municipalities. We support private individuals and companies throughout the entire tax collection process. For this purpose, around 800 qualified employees are engaged at the location in Zürich Altstetten.

With your team, you ensure that our data services function smoothly and are continuously developed. Together, we create the technological foundation for a modern tax system.

Your tasks ###

• You build interfaces and services, develop them further, and ensure their stable operation as well as monitoring.
• You assess requirements for feasibility and complexity and coordinate these with specialist departments, suppliers, and partners.
• You ensure compliance with standards and guidelines and promote their application.
• You prepare management reports precisely and tailored to the target audience.
• You lead sub-projects and bear responsibility for budget as well as delivery.

Your profile ###

• You have a university degree in business informatics or a comparable profile.
• You bring several years of experience in operational service management and have built, operated, monitored, and further developed IT interface services.
• You have experience with data services as well as knowledge of ITIL and HERMES.
• You communicate confidently in German and have good technical English skills.
• With your networked thinking and solution-oriented action, you contribute to the further development of our services.
• Readiness for occasional weekend assignments (e.g., release weekends) is a matter of course for you.
