For our customers in the field of civil engineering and road construction, we are looking for an experienced and responsible foreman/forewoman in road construction, starting immediately or by arrangement.   Job Description ### In this responsible position, you are responsible for the independent management and coordination of the construction site. You take over the scheduling and leadership of the construction site personnel and organize the required materials, machines and equipment. In addition, you supervise the execution of work according to the existing plans and specifications. Your task is to ensure the quality of the work, meet deadlines and ensure occupational safety. You act as the contact person for the construction management, the client as well as the employees and thus contribute decisively to the success of the projects. Your ability to recognize problems quickly and find solutions will be particularly valued in this role. You work closely with various teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes. Your communication skills are crucial to keep all parties involved up to date and to promote a positive working atmosphere.   We Expect ### You have completed training in construction with further training as a foreman. Several years of professional experience in road or civil engineering is required. You bring leadership experience and organizational skills. Your assertiveness, reliability and solution orientation characterize you. Good German language skills in speaking and writing are necessary.
