Objective

Within our successful planning teams in the area of construction project management and fire protection, we are looking for a committed leader who wants to take on this challenge.

Your tasks

• You lead the construction project management and fire protection area personally, financially and professionally with three employees and bear the overall responsibility for its successful further development
• You manage demanding renovation and refurbishment projects in structural engineering in the area of commercially used workspaces from conception to handover
• You ensure compliance with deadlines as well as quality and ensure effective project controlling
• You negotiate contracts with clients, specialist planners, contractors and suppliers
• You are the central interface to clients, authorities and partners
• You acquire new projects and actively look after existing customers
• You are responsible for calculation according to SIA, preparation of offers and contract negotiations

Your profile

• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable field
• You bring several years of practice as a general contractor and construction manager in the realization of complex renovations and refurbishments as well as in construction law
• You bring leadership and professional experience in construction project management and as a client representative/consultant
• You are well acquainted with the relevant standards and legal requirements
• You lead clearly, appreciatively and reliably and convince through initiative as well as a high readiness for decision-making and responsibility
• You are ambitious and act in a structured and result-oriented manner
• You possess strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
