Construction Manager High-Rise Building

For our client in Zürich, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER High-Rise Building (M/W/D) ####

Your tasks:

• As a construction manager, you are responsible for the smooth implementation of our construction projects.
• Monitoring of construction execution and ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, environmental and safety standards.
• Leading negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Scheduling of construction preparations and creation of construction programs.
• Local construction management as well as quantity surveying and invoicing.
• Coordination of all specialists on the construction site and timely provision of documents for construction participants.

Your profile:

• Completed training as an architect, civil engineer, high-rise construction technician TS or high-rise draughtsman with a construction manager diploma or ongoing completion.
• Knowledge of Swiss standards and safe handling of common EDV programs.
• Team player with healthy ambition and assertiveness.
• Efficient work under time pressure and adherence to deadlines.
• Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview.
• Willingness to take on responsibility.
