We are looking for a great Childcare Specialist from 1 November 2026

The Stiftung Monikaheim in Zürich has the following offerings: The children's home accepts children aged 0 - 7 years, is open 365 days a year for 24 hours. It has 22 places, divided into two residential groups for medium-term placements and into one crisis intervention for emergencies.

The Supported Living for mother and child has one apartment each for four mothers with their toddlers. The stay is approximately one year.

Your field of activity:
You work as a care specialist in the residential group with eight toddlers during the day shift. Your main tasks include the care and accompaniment of the children in everyday life, assistance in the household, and cooperation with their parents.

Your profile:
You are at least 24 years old, have completed training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ and bring several years of professional experience, preferably in inpatient care. You bring practical experience with toddlers, as well as sound specialist knowledge about their development and needs. You are resilient and enjoy working in a large, interdisciplinary team. In addition, you are willing and eager to work irregular shifts in the evening and on weekends (without night shifts).
