Zürich nby arrangement 100% Management Consulting All welcome ID: 733620WD Your Impact ## • You work in the Real Estate Advisory Team of PwC and support clients from various industries primarily in the field of real estate transactions, but also in real estate valuation and advisory. • Development of marketing strategies and structuring of complex real estate transactions, including existing properties, new construction projects, plots of land, Sale & Lease Back, as well as Asset Swaps. • Accompanying sales objects until they are ready for sale and ensuring continuous optimization of transaction processes for efficient execution. • Creation of professional and meaningful sales documents such as teasers, factsheets, and information memoranda, as well as coordination of the entire transaction process. • Conducting sound object, market, and location analyses; preparation of real estate valuations, portfolio analyses, profitability calculations, and property strategies. • Identification of targeted potential investors, effective approach, and building a reliable network of relevant market players. • Planning and managing comprehensive due diligence processes, organization of viewings, and ensuring professional communication with all stakeholders. • Leading negotiations for purchase contracts in close cooperation with external consultants and confidently accompanying the process until the final notarization of the transaction. • Active participation in cross-functional projects as well as responsible assumption of special tasks within the framework of strategic initiatives. Your Skill Set ## • You have an ETH, university, or technical college degree (Bachelor or Master) in economics (BWL/VWL), architecture, or civil engineering and an affinity for real estate economic issues. • Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the area of transactions and valuation of investment properties, is a prerequisite. • You feel comfortable in direct contact with clients as well as external and internal consultants and can successfully bring negotiations to a close. • You understand the role of the service provider and can convincingly communicate the added value of our work to clients. • Your positive and customer-oriented attitude distinguishes you, and you enjoy maintaining contacts to build long-term customer relationships. • Flawless oral and written German skills as well as good English skills are required; French skills are an advantage. • Very good analytical skills as well as interest in the diverse issues of real estate advisory are important. • Enthusiasm for the challenges of a digitizing world is present. • High level of commitment and motivation to accept new challenges in a dynamic environment. • Determination to help shape the success story with commitment and personal contribution.
