Head of Financial Accounting 80-100 % (a)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the proper maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset and payroll accounting)
• Balance reconciliations as preparation for the closing of accounts as well as preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR
• Intercompany (IC) reconciliation with the group companies
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of management reportings and presentations
• Coordination of the planning and budgeting process
• Contact person for internal audits
• Analysis, optimization and management of processes/projects in accounting (digitization)
• Maintenance and further development of the finance and reporting processes and their automation
• Interface maintenance between CRM- (Salesforce) and ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics BC)

You bring with you:

• Completed further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or ongoing training in this area
• Several years of professional experience (min. 3 – 5 years) in financial accounting or in fiduciary services
• Sound knowledge of the general ledger as well as in the preparation of closing entries
• IT savvy, sound Office user knowledge
• Interest in actively helping to shape financial processes
• Extremely reliable and independent way of working
• Discreet and trustworthy personality
