Your challenge Take responsibility for modern specialist applications Technical responsibility for one or more specialist applications throughout their entire lifecycle Ensuring stable and secure operation Collaboration in the further development of operating processes and technical standards Contribution to the optimization and professionalization of Application Management Technology operation and further development Ensuring continuous operation including monitoring, interfaces, and system interdependencies Collaboration on releases, testing, technical acceptances, and fault analyses Further development and optimization of existing applications and operating models Contributing ideas to topics such as automation and modern operating approaches Help shape Application Management and digitalization Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Collaboration in incident and support processes (2nd Level) Participation in cross-departmental digitalization and improvement initiatives Helping to shape a modern and future-oriented Application Management environment Your qualities and talents Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a STEM subject (Uni/FH/HF) 3+ years of professional experience in technical Application Management or a comparable environment (including experience during studies) Experience in the operation and further development of complex business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, ECM) Good knowledge of dealing with databases and interfaces (e.g., Oracle, SQL, MySQL) Initial experience with agile working methods desirable You exercise ownership, decide proactively, actively shape the scope for action, and take responsibility for your results You bring a willingness to innovate and are always solution-oriented and quality-conscious You live cohesion and an open feedback culture, in which you make ambitious goals achievable together with your team Very good German skills (understand Swiss German) as well as good English skills Are you attracted to a role with responsibility, technical creative scope, and real impact?
