For our Sozialzentrum Helvetiaplatz we are looking for reinforcement as of 01 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You advise and accompany adult clients in financial and social difficulties and together with them seek ways for sustainable professional and social integration.
• You work polyvalently: You arrange economic social assistance and carry out civil law mandates for adults. Variety is ensured.
• You document your work traceably in a case management system.
• You are administratively supported by clerks, can draw on the knowledge of internal specialist departments and work closely with your colleagues in the team.

Profile ##

• University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work
• Professional experience in the orientation of economic social assistance and/or in conducting mandates in adult protection. Corresponding further training is an advantage.
• Commercial organizational flair and good knowledge of financial topics
• Joy in working with people and good handling of conflicting expectations
• Rapid grasp of complex situations and the ability to take on different roles in counseling and support
