We offer you: - 5000.- CHF gross salary with 2 years of professional experience, otherwise 4700.- CHF gross excl. 50.- meal allowance - a concept with the focus areas of forest and theatre pedagogy - a young, motivated and collegial team, with a lot of fun at work and together - many freedoms and the opportunity to work independently - two locations: Wollishofen Zürich and Glattpark Opfikon You should bring: - completed pedagogical training - possibly further training as a trainer or the willingness to start this further training when taking up the position - willingness and ability to commit to the overall operation - flexibility and resilience - motivated, reliable and open-minded - wind and water resistant and not afraid to get your hands dirty - joy in communication (with children and colleagues) - willingness to integrate into a team Your tasks would be: - to lead the employees in such a way that they are able to perform their function well, carry out their work efficiently and satisfactorily. - independent leadership of the children's group according to the socio-pedagogical principles of the Kita. - building a personal relationship with each individual child. - capturing the child's developmental stage and promoting their development in a targeted manner in the physical, mental and emotional area. - designing a flexible, varied group life. - maintaining contact with parents, conducting parent interviews. - thinking and planning the entire Kita operation. - instructing the assigned employees (FaBe in training, interns). - responsibility for room design and cleanliness. - planning and coordination of Kita everyday life.
